Technoflow Ltd – AI Automation Services Refund Policy


At Technoflow Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI automation solutions. We understand that our clients invest significantly in these projects, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our AI automation design, solution creation, and implementation services, which utilize tools such as Make.com and Large Language Models (LLMs).


Upfront Payment

Clients are required to pay a 50% upfront fee to initiate the development of their AI automation solution. This payment covers initial design, resource allocation, and commencement of project work.


Refund Conditions

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your AI automation solution, you may request a refund of monies paid within 30 days of the solution’s delivery. Technoflow Ltd. would appreciate the opportunity to address and resolve any issues you may have before a refund is processed. To be eligible for this refund, the client must clearly demonstrate and provide evidence as to why the solution is not fit for purpose or has not met the agreed-upon scope outlined in the project agreement.

  • Full Refund for Non-Delivery: A full refund of all monies paid will be issued if the entire AI automation solution is not delivered on time and to the agreed-upon scope as detailed in the project agreement.

  • Partial Refunds for Partial Performance: If a portion of the AI automation solution is not performing per the agreed-upon scope, a partial refund may be offered. The decision to accept a partial refund option rests solely with the client. If a partial refund is approved as an option for the client, Technoflow Ltd. and the client will jointly agree upon the partial refund amount, taking into account the portion of the solution that did not meet the specified scope.
